WHAT IS BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING??

The Essence of Biomedical Engineering

Content:

1. Principals of BME and  matter of expert activity

2. BME BSc curriculum and areas of interest

3. Graduate learning and technical work

4. BME BSc: job placement and professional skills

Biomedical engineering (BME

 Biomedical engineering (BME) is the mechanical research about submission of technology values and methods to the medical area.

 Biomedical technology is the most progressive branch of electrical devices technology which deals with diverse facets in relation to the submission of electronics and computing to biohealth instrumentation and health-care schemes.

 Such health schemes require the combination of analogue and digital electronic hardware, programs engineering and signal processing algorithms in alignment to function.

* According to the Biomedical technology Society, the localities of specialization for BME encompass:

- biomaterials;

- bioinstrumentation;

- biomechanics;

- health imaging;

- rehabilitation;

- cellular, tissue, and genetic engineering.

* Biomedical technology is an interdisciplinary area, leveraged by various fields and sources.

* Biomedical engineering integrates personal, chemical, mathematical, and computational sciences and engineering values to study biological science, surgery, demeanour, and wellbeing.

***One biomedical engineer evolves a device or pharmaceutical:

= millions of patients are affected.****
